FAITH IN THE LIFE OF JESUS
Num.21:5-9.
The easiest sin we commit and often time we don’t realize is MURMERING and COMPLAINING. The economists say human’s want is insatiable. God does not promise to supply all your wants but all your need. “Not everything you want you really need” phil.4:19, Num.21:5, 1Cor.10:10, phil.2:14.
Fiery Serpent symbolizes Satan Gen.3:1. He biting so many people today and some are dying in the process. John.10:10. Anything that brings sorrow into your heart whether legitimate or not is the handiwork of the devil. It destroys the body and kill the life of God in you. That is why God commanded you to rejoice always and evermore so as to keep your life. PHIL.4:4, ITHESS.5:16

Faith in Jesus Christ guarantees JOY.
1. Faith in Jesus delivers from sin. 2Cor.5:21. You can live a continuous victory over sin by constantly looking at Jesus. Heb.12:2, John15:5
2. Faith in Jesus gives you strength and power over all the powers of your enemies. Eph.6:10, Lk.10:19.
3. Faith in Jesus guarantees you unending blessing. Eph.1:3. Blessing in kingdoms definitions THE PRESENCE OF GOD in man and with man. His presence means everything and provides everything. Therefore, to reign as KINGS and PRIESTS, we must constantly gaze on Christ and His accomplished work on the CROSS.

HYMN: SOLID ROCK
1. My hope is built, on nothing less, than Jesus blood and righteousness
I dear not trust the sweetest frame, but wholly lean on Jesus name.

·         On Christ the solid rock, I stand all other ground is sinking sand
All other ground is sinking sand.
2. When darkness seems to veil his face, I rest on his unchanging grace
In every high and stormy gale, my anchor holds within the veil.
3. His oath, his covenant and blood, support me in the whelming flood
When all around my soul gives way, He then is all my hope and stay.

THE SPOT ON A SPIRITUAL GARMENT
Every Saints puts on a spiritual garment given to us the day we got saved. Isa.61:10. Ignorance of this truth has made many to be stripped off of their garment while some are spotted or wrinkled. In today’s study, we shall examine what is spiritual garment, causes of spot or wrinkle and how to stay clothed without spot or wrinkle. This is important because when the Lord will appear, bride without garments will not be allowed in the marriage supper and spotted garment will not be allowed as well. Matt.22:11-14; 2Cor.5:2-4, Rev.3:18, Rev.16:15. The white garment is the righteousness of the saints. Rev.19:8.

1. Causes of spot on a spiritual garment: Disease can be one of the causes of spots on the body, of a man or plant. Disease is something that is very wrong with people’s attitude or way of life. The spiritual disease is the flesh. Jude 23, Gal.5:19-21. Example of David, Moses e.t.c.
2. How to stay clothed without spot or wrinkle:
· Cleansed in the blood of Jesus by faith. Rev.7:14, 1John 1:7, 9, Heb.9:14.
Covering our sins will only destroy our garments. Prov.28:13.
· Walk in the light of God’s word or walking in the Spirit. John 6:63,
Ps.119:11, Rom.17:17, Eph.5:26, Gal.5:16-18;24-26, Rom.8:11-14
· Praying in the Spirit always. Jude 20, 1Thess.5:17, Eph.5:18-20.
In conclusion, the only key in achieving this goal is FELLOWSHIP, because on our own we are weak and helpless Rom.7:14-25 but when we abide in Him, we receive strength. John 15:5-7.

HYMN: ARE YOU WASHED (Hymn 285)
1. Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing power?
Are you washed in the blood of the lamb?
Are fully trusting in His grace this hour? Are you washed in the blood of the lamb?

·            Are you washed in the blood, in the soul cleansing blood of the lamb?
Are your garment spotless are they white as snow?
Are you washed in the blood of the lamb?

2. Are you walking daily by the savior’s side?
Are you washed in the blood of the lamb?
Do you rest each moment in the crucified?
Are you washed in the blood of the lamb?

3. When the bridegroom cometh will your robe be white?
Pure and white in the blood of the lamb
Will your soul be ready for the mansions bright?
And be washed in the blood of the lamb?
4. Lay aside the garments that are stained with sin,

And be washed in the blood of the lamb;
There’s a fountain flowing for the soul unclean,
Oh be washed in the blood of the lamb.

HAVE FAITH IN GOD

KINGDOM OF PRIESTS GENERATION MINISTRY

TAGGED:     GET THE YOUTH READY FOR THE NEW YEAR
THEME:       HAVE FAITH IN GOD
DATE: -        27TH – 29TH DECEMBER, 2016
,
MOTTO: Christ In you the hope of glory. Col. 1:27b

“And hast made us unto our God kings and priest and we shall reign on the earth.” Rev. 5:10
God in His infinite mercy raises out of every generation a generation of people that will seek Him. “This is the generation of them that seek Him, that seek thy face O Jacob.” Psalm 24:6
The choice is not dependent on the people He raised but God.
“According as He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation Of the world” Eph.1:4.
            We praise God for chosen us and giving us the mandate to raise a generation of Kings and Priests. Today, there is a disparity between the laity and clergy. Believers run after
men of God and worship them rather than God. This was not the original plan of God for His chosen ones.
“And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.” Exo. 18:6. These are the words which thou speak unto the children of Israel. (Which was a type of believers).
            This plan was rejected by the children of Israel. God has since then been anointing selected few, as kings and as priests.
            Praise God! Christ Jesus has restored back to us what we lost. Every believer now has been anointed as kings and priests. We are to reign on earth.
            Our duties as priests are to over sacrifices of praise unto God. Heb.13:15. Also to go in-between God and His people in intercession and supplications. You don’t need to buy beverages for another believer who claims to be a man of God to help you talk to God. You can go in now as a priest.
“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Heb.4:16.
            Also as kings, we are to proclaim the gospel of Christ in words and in deed to every creature.
And he said unto them, go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.” Mark.16:15
            This instruction was not given to only pastors and evangelists. We are all ordained to be preacher. Secondly, we are to exercise authority, dominion over all the works of the devil.
And these signs shall follow them that believe. In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues. They shall take up serpents and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them, they shall lay hand on the sick and they shall recover. Mark. 16:17-18
            These are believers privileges and not only for pastors and great men of God. Applying this truth to our circumstances, through this generation the image and glory of the church and Nigeria will be restored. We shall uphold righteousness everywhere we go. For example, in Christian ministry, politics, various government parastatal, business e.t.c.
            The wealth of our nation will be transferred from the hands of the wicked unto the righteous. We are interdenominational group united by the love of Christ.
            Today, we wish to extend an invitation to you, come and join this chariot! Only believe in the word of God. If you acknowledge your sins, repent and be cleansed by the blood of Jesus then you shall be saved. You must also determine to continue in the word in order to be a disciple (John 8:30-31) and a kingdom of priests. Christ in us, the hope of a glorious Nigeria. You are welcome to this awesome retreat program. God bless you. “Have faith in God”

1.                  We will bless the Lord at all times and His praise shall continually be in our mouth. Ps.34:1, Eph.5:18-20, Ps.104:33
2.                  We will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word. Acts 6:4
3.                  Preach the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ both in season and out of season. Matt.28:18-20, Mark 16:15-20, 2Tim.4:2-3
4.                  Establish an unbroken fellowship with the Holy Spirit and other brethren. Ps.24:4, Heb.10:25, 2Cor.13:14
5.                  Honour all men, love the body of Christ. Do all things in the fear of God, and honour men in authority (Kings) through obedience to the Law of the Land. 1Pet.2:17, 2Cor.10:3-6, Isa.1:19.

Hymn: 1
1. My faith looks up to thee,
thou Lamb of Calvary,
Savior divine!
Now hear me while I pray,
take all my guilt away,
O let me from this day
be wholly thine!

2. May thy rich grace impart
strength to my fainting heart,
my zeal inspire!
As thou hast died for me,
O may my love to thee
pure, warm, and changeless be,
a living fire!

3. While life's dark maze I tread,
and griefs around me spread,
be thou my guide;
bid darkness turn to day,
wipe sorrow's tears away,
nor let me ever stray
from thee aside.

4. When ends life's transient dream,
when death's cold, sullen stream
shall o'er me roll;
blest Savior, then in love,
fear and distrust remove;
O bear me safe above,
a ransomed soul!

Hymn: 2
1.         In Christ alone my hope is found,
He is my light, my strength, my song;
this Cornerstone, this solid Ground,
firm through the fiercest drought and storm.
What heights of love, what depths of peace,
when fears are stilled, when strivings cease!
My Comforter, my All in All,
here in the love of Christ I stand.

2.         In Christ alone! who took on flesh
Fulness of God in helpless babe!
This gift of love and righteousness
Scorned by the ones he came to save:
Till on that cross as Jesus died,
The wrath of God was satisfied -
For every sin on Him was laid;
Here in the death of Christ I live.

3.         There in the ground His body lay
Light of the world by darkness slain:
Then bursting forth in glorious Day
Up from the grave he rose again!
And as He stands in victory
Sin's curse has lost its grip on me,
For I am His and He is mine -
Bought with the precious blood of Christ.

4.         No guilt in life, no fear in death,
This is the power of Christ in me;
From life's first cry to final breath.
Jesus commands my destiny.
No power of hell, no scheme of man,
Can ever pluck me from His hand;
Till He returns or calls me home,
Here in the power of Christ I'll stand.
